1- Louvre Travel Luxor

Your contract will be with Louvre Travel Luxor (tour Egypt) which hold an Egyptian travel agency license (964) and is a member of the Egyptian Travel agent association (ETAA) for your financial security.

2- to secure a booking the Louvre Travel Luxor initially requies notice from you of your booking request. The booking will only be secured once both you and our company have confirmed the travel agreement and the company are satisfied that the correct deposit /payment has been received into our bank account by wire /online credit card payment  or money transaction  .
3-The payment of required deposit or full payment of a reservation on an escorted or independent tour package constitutes consent to all provisions of terms and general information  condition  here.

4- Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desire holiday , space will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25% . This deposit is part of your final payment. Deposit can only be made by all the above mentioned methods of payments and should be received within 7 days of the booking.

5- Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability and any increase and surcharges will be applied.

6- Balance of the payment should be received within 7 days of the days of confirmation. If reservation is made less than 7 days prior to departure . a full payment must be  made at the booking time via the above mentioned method of payments.

7- Online payments

You can pay by using our secured online line payments system a full statement of your payment will be send to you by our company.

8-cancelation

Cancellation can only be accepted in writing document by fax or email. If a tour participant cancel his / her reservation the following fees will applies:-

A-Cancellation within 07 days of the confirmation date is subject to 10% of the total amount received.

B- Cancellation made between 30 and 40 days a 15% of the total payments received.

C- Cancellation made between 15 and 29 days a 25% of the total payments received.

D- Cancellation made between 07 and 14 days a 50% of the total payments received.

E- Cancellation made between 01 and 07 days a 100%  of the total payments received.

No refunds will be made for a none show.

9- Responsibilities

the responsibility of the tour operator ,Louvre Travel Luxor is affiliates, and agent act intermediaries and agent for suppliers in all functions pertaining to hotel reservation , services , sightseeing tours , travel and transportation of whatever nature, which is not directly , supplied Louvre Travel Luxor reservation , rates ,schedules, accommodations and services are subject to change. All certificates and other trave; documents for travel services issued by Louvre Travel Luxor subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier, and to the law of the countries in which the service are supplied

By acceptance of participation in a tour, the participant agrees that neither Louvre Travel Luxor nor its offices, employees or representative shall become liable for loss,

Damages, accident , personal injury , death or incontinence caused by or resulting from the malfunction of transportation equipment , hazard of sea , air or land , disease,   local law , strikes , any occurrence beyond the control of the tour operator ,cancellation due to war , terrorist or criminal activities , imminent threat of  ,hostilities or civil strife , acts of war or insurrection , fire , quarantines , Act of God, passengers or carrying out the arrangements of these tours , or for personal satisfaction with itinerary or accommodations provided , or for any consequential or incidental damages , whatsoever .

Tour operator cannot accept the responsibility for loss or additional expense due to delay, or changes in schedules or other causes. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passenger's belongings. Baggage and travel insurance are recommended.

The services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary. The tour operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by the tour participants and any resulting saving will be refunded by the tour operator to the tour participants.

With due provision for tour operator's profit. Louve Travel Luxor reserve the right to decline , to accept , to expel pr ratain any person as member or participant of any tour as circumstances may demand it.

Louver Travel Luxor shall not be responsible for any purchases made by tour members during or outside of the tour.

the issuance or acceptance of booking , invoices, receipt, or vouchers , or the payment of deposit or tour charges . shall be deemed to the consent to the above conditions , as well as to notices and disclaimers provided on our invoices , itineraries ,tickets ,vouchers, tour schedules , price lists , and announcements to your members.

claims and complaints.

if you have a complaints whilst in Egypt you must tell the relevant person at the company immediately – as most problems can be solved on the spot . if not you must call the general manager of the company or not satisfied you he must to us or to the Egyptian travel agencies association – It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cant not be solved and settled amicably between us
